Message	if you get to the point where the hicus kicks in, it will feel a little weird, so just be ready for the floaty feeling in the back. I wouldn't worry about the oil thing that much, just make sure you check your oil after each session and you should be good. You're going to have an instructor I assume, just listen to what he tells you.
